Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of the city’s landmarks and surrounding plantations.

See the Old Slave Mart Museum, restored to recognize and educate on Charleston’s role in the slave trade industry.

Pass by the Old Citadel, the College of Charleston, and the Four Corners of Law. View the Battery, Rainbow Row, and the Charleston Museum.

Admire the Old Exchange Building and City Market. This afternoon head outside of Charleston to visit the Middleton Place plantation and gardens.

Discover this National Historic Landmark on a guided tour of the House Museum

Walk through the gardens, which sit on a sprawling 65-acres of Lowcountry land

Enter the carefully preserved Eliza House and learn more about the lives of the Middleton slaves

Day 3: Free day in Charleston

Enjoy a free day in Charleston or add an excursion.

Day 4: Savannah via Beaufort & Heyward House Museum

Travel to the charming city of Beaufort on Port Royal Island.

View the scenic waterfront and historic homes of Beaufort

Enjoy free time for lunch in Beaufort’s Historic District, a National Historic Landmark-listed neighborhood

Then, head to Bluffton and visit the Heyward House Museum.

Take a self-guided tour of the historic Heyward House Museum and enjoy free time to enter the welcome center

Visit a local bakery after the tour to enjoy pastries and tea

Then, continue on to Savannah, Georgia.
